The information contained herein is an overview of the E911 Tab in the Back Office. For a detailed explanation of how to provision E911 click here.


Dashboard

The dashboard is a useful tool that gives a general overview of E911 DIDs broken up into three categories, 911 General, 911 Groups, 911 Alerts, and 911 Recent Calls.


-> 911 General displays general information for E911 DIDs in numerical values.
-> 911 Groups displays all E911 dedicated endpoint groups and the number of DIDs contained in each group. For more information regarding E911 Groups, please click here.
-> 911 Alerts display the contact information of those who have opted into E911 alerts. For more information regarding E911 Alerts, please click here.
-> 911 Recent Calls displays the most recent E911 calls.


Add New DID


In this tab E911 is provisioned for DIDs that currently do not have E911. This tool can also be used to provision E911 for off-network DIDs. Please note that any 911 calls sent to VoIP Innovations from numbers that do not have 911 provisioned are subject to a Rogue E911 fee as per our terms of service. Manage DIDs

This tab contains a list of configured E911 DIDs. In this menu: Add New E911 Information, Remove Selected 911 Information, Download DID Listing, and Add Selected DIDs to Group.
-> Add New E911 Information provisions locations for E911 service.
-> Remove Selected 911 Information removes the E911 information from check marked DIDs.
-> Download DID Listing makes downloading a list of all the currently configured 911 DIDs easy. This can be saved as an Excel Spreadsheet.
-> Add Selected DIDs to Group allows DIDs to be added to a E911 Groups.



Unregistered DIDs with Traffic

This page will show any DIDs that are making outbound calls but do not have E911 information registered. These numbers are at risk of receiving a E911 Rogue Fee. This fee is $250 per call.
