Special DID Requests

To perform a special DID request, please open a ticket with Porting through any of the following methods:

  • Open a ticket through the Back Office under Tickets > Create a Ticket.

  • E-mail support@voipinnovations.com

  • E-mail porting@voipinnovations.com


Please keep in mind that your e-mail address should be on file in our Back Office before sending an e-mail to one of these addresses. To ensure your e-mail address is on file, go to Tickets > Ticket Contacts in the Back Office, then "Add Ticket Update Contact" if it is not already listed.
Please specify the following information in an attached spreadsheet:

  • Tier Preferences (including if you do or do not want the order filled if the desired Tiers are not available and whether you will accept higher Tiers if lower desired Tiers are not available).

  • Required features, if any.

  • Endpoint Group to assign DIDs.

  • State/RateCenter or NPA (We can search the database by NPA but we cannot order by NPA – only RateCenter).

  • Quantity for each RateCenter/NPA.

  • If you will accept a partial order if your entire order cannot be fulfilled.


Once we have all the above information we will have a three-business day SLA.'

  • Any delay in receiving the above information will extend the SLA.

  • This is limited to orders of 25 DIDs or more. If your order is less than 25 DIDs, please use the Back Office.
