Brandable LNP Form

VoIP Innovations offers a service to allow your end users to submit their own ports via the white label feature called the Brandable LNP form. In addition, you can brand this form with your own logo so that your customers will be able to know they are submitting the port directly to you.

Enabling the Brandable LNP Form

To enable the brandable LNP form you will want to navigate to the appropriate section of our back office under Porting then choose the Settings option under Brandable LNP Form or click here.

You will be directed to a page that looks like this:

All you will have to do is Choose your logo and then click the sign-up link.

Using the Brandable LNP Form

Once you signup for this feature you are ready to begin using the Brandable LNP Form. All you will need to do is provide your customers with the link found under the settings section of the Brandable LNP Form and the customer authorization code both found here.

Submitting ports (Customer Facing)

Your customers will navigate to https://www.movemynumbers.com/ and will greeted with the below:

Once they enter the authorization code they will come to a port submission page much like the one you see on a regular basis:

Once they fill out all the required information, they will then click submit this order. This will generate an email for you to go in and configure the order and approve it.

Approving Requests

Once you get a request in you can navigate to Porting then End User Submissions under Brandable LNP Form or click here.

You will see something that looks like this:

If you click on View you will be shown the porting information and from here you can configure the:

  • Endpoint

  • DID Group

  • Contact Email

Once you click submit port you will be provided the LOA as normal and once signed the submission process can begin on our side.

Additional Settings

There is one more section that you could configure for this feature. The Auto Submit settings (Porting > Auto Submit or here) will let you setup a default endpoint group, DID Group and contact email to use should you just want your ports to go to a single endpoint group.

A couple of things to note here is that you must configure anything with an Asterisk (*) and click the checkbox next to Automatically Submit End User Port. We also cannot begin until you sign the LOA.
