Requesting Customer/Brand Vetting

In order to increase messaging limits for your customers/brands, you must request independent vetting and receive a vetting score from The Campaign Registry. Brands are scored on a scale of 1-100.

Please note that the vetting process is conducted outside of VI, and we have no influence regarding the scoring for your brands.

Request Process

To request verification, please email support@voipinnovations.com or create a ticket via the Back Office. Please make sure to include all brands that you would like independent vetting applied for, and Support will be happy to request that via The Campaign Registry.

Pricing

  • All requests will be charged a $95.00 One-Time Vetting fee per Brand.

  • For unscored unsuccessful vets, this fee will be reduced to $5.

Appealing Vetting Scores

To request an appeal or get more information regarding an AI3MS Score provided by Aegis Mobile LLC, please send an email to appeals@aegismobile.com.

All appeals must include the Vet ID or your Vet Certificate to positively identify your records, which will be provided by VI Support upon completion of the initial vetting process.
