Three-Digit Dialing
VoIP Innovations supports the following three-digit dialing codes:
411 (Directory Assistance)
711 (Telecommunications Relay Services)
811 (Utility Location Services). Click here for more information on dialing 811 in your state.
988 (Suicide Prevention Line)
We do NOT support any other type of three-digit dialing such as:
211 (Community Information and Referral Services)
311 (Non-Emergency Police and Government Services)
511 (Traffic and Transportation Information)
For the above non-supported three-digit calls you will need to obtain the local number for the destination and send us the call in 10, 11, or 12-digit format. For example, NPANXXXXXX, 1NPANXXXXXX, or +1NPANXXXXXX.
