Three-Digit Dialing

VoIP Innovations supports the following three-digit dialing codes:

• 411 (Directory Assistance)

• 711 (Telecommunications Relay Services)

• 811 (Utility Location Services). Click here for more information on dialing 811 in your state.

• 911 (Emergency Services)

• 933 (911 Verification Service)

• 988 (Suicide Prevention Line)

For the above non-supported three-digit calls you will need to obtain the local number for the destination and send us the call in 10, 11, or 12-digit format. For example, NPANXXXXXX, 1NPANXXXXXX, or +1NPANXXXXXX.
