Contacting VoIP Innovations Support
There are multiple ways you can contact our Technical Support team.
The recommended way to contact support is to open a ticket through the Back Office. Simply log into the Back Office and click the Tickets Tab, then go to Trouble Tickets → Create New Ticket. If you have not set up ticket contacts, click Tickets → Ticket Contacts and complete the necessary information.
Please do not enter an email address that is configured for auto-responses (such as your own support address) as our ticket system is also set up for auto-responses.
Once you have correctly configured ticket contacts, click Tickets → Trouble Tickets → Create New Ticket and enter a description of the problem you are having.
Ff you are experiencing any type of calling issues, please include full call examples that contain call to, call from, and time of call. This information allows our Support team to locate necessary information to troubleshoot and resolve your issues.
You can also contact us by sending an email to support@voipinnovations.com. If you choose this method, please ensure you have a ticket contact for the email address you are sending from configured in our system as outlined above.
Lastly, we have a chat option on our main website and our back-office portal. While this is intended for general questions, please feel to open a ticket for account wide issues.
