Bulk Email to Fax Tool
To begin, in our Back Office, navigate to DIDs -> Bulk Update Tools -> Email to Fax. When you reach this page, you will see where the required data must be entered for this order to be completed.
There are two ways that you can enter the data. Both ways are displayed below:

We now have a second new feature that will allow your customers to add emails for Email to Fax. These changes must be approved by the main account associated with that customer. This feature requires 'Order Requests' to be enabled on the account. Through the End User Portal, the user will have multiple options. Note that you can add multiple emails at a time using this feature.
Once an email is submitted it will appear as follows in the Back Office awaiting approval:
A Back Office user will need to go to the Pending Orders to approve or deny this request.
Please note that an email that is being removed from the account must also be approved or rejected by the admin of the account.
For Hosted Billing customers, if you have off net numbers added, the following error will occur when attempting to edit the number.
The customer can duplicate the email address
However, when approving these emails, the system will reject the duplicate but still process any
other orders.
