Redundancy Planning
This article will assist in tracking and ensuring that all of VoIP Innovations redundancy IP addresses are enabled and configured to the account's endpoint groups. It is important to ensure that all of VoIP Innovations IP addressed are configured into the systems as this will ensure the highest amount of call completion. We would also like to note that we cannot control which IP address our carrier sends traffic over, so we have created this redundancy planning page to prepare the network for optimal performance. As seen in the image above, we have provided a check list of VoIP Innovation's IP address to keep track of which IP addresses have been configured and which still need to be added. As IP addresses are added to the system, the ones that have already been added can be checked off. Once all the IP address have been added, the checks can be saved and submitted to update the 'Status' to complete.
