The DID Management Page is easy to learn, easy to master, and will make managing your numbers easy as well.


Using the Search Filter

The first thing most users will want to do is determine what DIDs they would like to view, which is simple when using our intuitive search filters that are located on the left side of the page.


You can filter your DIDs using any of the variables that you see pictured above. That may not sound exciting at first, but with a little creativity you'll begin to see some of the power behind the tool.
For example, let's say you want a listing of all DIDs on a specific endpoint that are not provisioned for 911, but have outbound caller ID services enabled. You would select the filters pictured below for your search, and then simply view the results.


Configuring DIDs

Making changes to your DIDs is now simpler than ever thanks to our DID Configuration Wizard. A feature that you may find very useful is the ability to configure multiple DIDs at a time. To do this, select any DID you would like to edit from your search results, and then click the 'Configure Selected DIDs' button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Most of your DID features will be available for activation on the DID Configuration Wizard. Please note that only one of Fax to Email, Conference Line, DID Failover, Programmable Telco and DID Forwarding is available to activate at a time.


Exporting Results

The DID Management Page also gives you a simple way to export a listing of your numbers to Excel. To export a listing, click the Export Options dropdown menu at the top of the page.

You'll find that there are several options for exporting a spreadsheet that range from downloading your search results, to retrieving a listing of all 411 DIDs.
