Invoiced Customer Spend Limit Notifications

Invoiced customers will receive e-mail notifications when their balance reaches 50% of the accounts spend limit. For example, if you have a $10,000 spend limit, you will receive a notification at $5,000. You will then receive a 2nd notification when your balance is at $7,500, as 50% of 5,000 = 2,500, and that is added to the amount in the first notification. If you would like to change your notifications, please e-mail billing@voipinnovations.com. You may also edit your Billing Notification E-mail address(es) from the Back Office under Billing > Billing Notifications.
