Hosted Billing Statement Template Tool
To begin, log in to your Hosted Billing portal and go to Setup > Statement Template. The Hosted Billing statement template tool has been revamped to a more intuitive interface that will allow for a better customization of your invoice. Instead of a single page, the tool is now split into tabs.
The Remit Info tab will allow you to enter your company's contact information as you would like it to be displayed on the invoice.
The statement text tab is where you will enter the text that will be displayed in the upper left-hand corner of your invoice.
The Contact Info tab will allow you to enter your company's contact information as you would like it displayed on the statement.
The Logo tab is where you will upload your company logo's to be displayed on the statement. Please note that the logo width/height should not exceed 325px by 75px and the file size cannot exceed 500kb. You may need to use an image resizer to adjust your logo to properly fit onto your invoice.
The Color Scheme tab will allow you to edit the banner colors that will be used on your statement. Please see above for an example of how this would look.
The CDR tab will allow you to set a blanket override to display CDRs on your customers' statements. Previously, you could only edit this option under the Statement Delivery settings of each individual customer. Select 'Local' on this page if you would like for the system to continue to display CDRs on a per-customer-basis.
The Labels tab provides you with the ability to change the headers of the Account Summary section of your document and edit the Statement Header to display either 'STATEMENT' or 'INVOICE'. The Statement Header will be displayed in the upper left hand corner page.
The Misc Settings tab will allow you to display closed account when generating a Single Statement
The Email Body tab allows customers the ability to customize what their clients receive in an email when the invoice gets delivered to them. You can alter the subject line and what all goes in the body of the email.
The CPUC Settings tab is the last tab you can customize for statement templates. By enabling this setting, customers will receive a cover page from the California Public Utilities Commission. This notice means our billing system is compliant with the CPUC for California based customers.
