Let’s take a look at how to configure FreePBX with VoIP Innovations using PJSIP trunks.

Go to Connectivity → Trunks. Then click on + Add Trunk and select Add SIP (chan_pjsip) Trunk.

Let’s create an a trunk for inbound trunkcalls. You can name it whatever you like. For this example, we’ll use “VI_Inbound”.

Follow the exact same steps as above, however this time we’ll be creating trunks for outbound trunkscalls. Your settings should may look something like this:

We recommend creating multiple outbound trunks to fully utilize our geo-redundant network. Follow the same steps as above to create other trunks, except replace the SIP Server field with the rest of our outbound IP addresses (64.136.173.22, 209.166.128.200, 192.240.151.100). |
When you’re done creating trunks, it should look something like this:

Go to Connectivity → Firewall and make the following entries in the Networks tab. Be sure to white list all of our SIP Signaling IP addresses.
